Standards and Practices

By submitting this application you are agreeing to the Standards and Practices of TiTAN:

1. That you shall pay the fees that are listed on the company’s form within 10 days of closing. You will not wait until the final policy issued.
2. You shall issue final policies in a timely manner.
3. That you shall abide by your advertised time limit for turnaround.
4. That you shall not solicit the referred customer for future transactions.
5. If after you receive the order and there is more to it than what your fee structure indicates, you shall get approval of the referring agent on the price change before commencing on the order. There will be no surprises.
6. You shall respond to a referral within 24 hours, or the referral will be removed and given to someone else.
7. In order to claim a county you shall have an office within 60 miles of the register of deeds or recording office for that county.
8. You will treat all referrals as if they were your best customer and deliver quality and timely work.
9. You shall agree to all the terms and provisions of the subscription service.
10. More than one negative comment can be cause for non-renewal or termination at the Board’s discretion.

Failure to deliver on any of the above is cause for removal from the web site.

All Parties subscribing to and using the TiTAN Referral Network acknowledge, understand and agree that the TiTAN Referral Network provides a conduit for title related services and does not review, scrutinize or verify any of the information submitted through the network. The Parties further acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to review, confirm, verify and scrutinize all information that is referred or exchanged through the network system. In consideration for using the referral network system, the Parties covenant and agree to indemnify, defend, fully protect and hold harmless The TiTAN Referral Network from any and all loss, costs, damages, attorney's fees and expenses of every kind and nature which it may suffer, expend or incur under or by reason of, or in consequence of or growing out of any dispute involving or relating to the use of the TiTAN Referral Network system, including but not limited to, the posting of information on the TiTAN Referral Network system and the collection of fees from Parties using the system.

The Parties further agree that all transactions coordinated through the TiTAN Referral Network shall be RESPA compliant. In consideration for using the referral network system, the Parties covenant and agree to indemnify, defend, fully protect and hold harmless The TiTAN Referral Network from any and all loss, costs, damages, attorney's fees and expenses of every kind which it may suffer, expend or incur under or by reason of, or in consequence of or growing out of any dispute or failure of the transaction to comply with RESPA guidelines.
