Frequently Asked Questions:
 
How to place an order – Go to Agent to Agent order and click on the icon on the left. Membership directory will appear. Choose state, and or county. All Members will appear. You can view the details of the member and choose which member best suits your needs. Simply click on submit order and the order form will appear.
 
How to quote work share – If you have received an e-mail that an order is waiting for you, click on the link. After you logon simply hit the New Referral icon at the left. After you view the order you will be prompted to accept and quote the work share. Based on the order and who is doing what in the deal you will accept with the quote. The referring agent will be e-mailed your quote and then they can accept or decline. If they accept you will then begin work on the order. You can also click on order type and choose received, and under order status choose pending and it will take you to a screen that allows you to accept with a work share quote.
 
How to accept work share quote - Log on to the site. Under order type select sent and under order status, select pending. When you click on the file name the order details will come up. Select accept work share which will move the file from pending to open.
 
How to upload documents – Once you are logged on, you will click the icon Open Orders. Choose the order you want to upload the docs to and click Order Details. You will then be prompted to either Upload Docs, Add a Comment, Invite Person to the Order, or Remove Person From the Order. Click on Upload Docs and then browse in the appropriate document.
 
Add Person to the Order – After you have logged on, click on the Add Person to the Order, all of your open orders will come up and click on Add Person, then fill out there information. They will be e-mailed with a link to that order. They will have the ability to post a comment or upload docs of their own from that link. They will not be able to forward the link to anyone else and have it work.
 
Comment on the Order – After you have logged on, click on Comment on the Order, all of your open orders will come up and click on the Comment on the Order, and then make your comments. An e-mail will automatically go out to the appropriate parties that a comment has been made with a link back to that order. If you are the agent that received the order you can also comment on the order by going to either Order Tracking or Order Status. Select the type of order which would be received, and then choose open as the order status. Click on the comments and it will allow you to upload docs or make a comment. If you are the agent that sent the order, you can go to Order Tracking or Order Status, and choose sent orders under Type of Order and Open under Order Status. Then click on the file name and you will be able to make a comment, upload docs, add a person, and remove a person that has been previously added.
 
Reports – This is located at the bottom of member’s logon page. You click on reports and it will show you how many referrals you have sent, how many referrals you have received, how many orders are open, how many are closed, what states you have done business in, and the total of the liability limits of the orders both sent and received.
 
Value Added Services – This is for premium members to advertise their own services that they have created and would like to sell to other Title Agents. You have the ability to post pictures, and write an ad with a hyper link to your own site.
 
Feedback – After an order has closed, the sending agent will be e-mailed a link to feedback on the order. Click on this and post the feedback. Under ratings the choices are 1 through 10, 10 being the best. This feedback will be posted under the details of the agent in the directory for any member searching for agents.  This will enable other agents to make a choice on an agent based on the ratings from agents who have done business with them. You can also check the feedback that have been posted about you by simply clicking on the feedback icon under your administration when you are logged on.
